2. Taxes & Hidden Fees
Nobody likes hidden costs. All product prices listed on our platform are strictly in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
The final total you see at checkout is exactly what will be charged to your card. Any additional shipping charges based on your selected delivery tier will be clearly itemized before you finalize your purchase.

6. Pricing Errors
While we employ rigorous quality control, occasional typographical errors or system glitches may result in a product being listed at an incorrect price.
In the rare event this occurs, New Empire Plastics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product. If your payment has already been captured, we will immediately issue a full, expedited refund to your original payment method.
